eFlowModeler Delivers Process Information to the Enterprise
Learn more about FlowModeler
The more effectively business process information can be disseminated and utilized, the more valuable it becomes. GEMWorX eFlowModeler™, part of the GEMWorX Enterprise Edition, enables web-based access to FlowModeler® process diagrams, and also to any underlying business process information that has been linked to objects in the diagrams. No matter how widely dispersed the user base may be, everyone can be 'on the same page' with eFlowModeler.
Thanks to eFlowModeler's native Web-based structure, process diagrams and documentation can be shared across the organization, and can be viewed without Visio® installed. As processes are being documented, eFlowModeler can publish the information for review and feedback by subject matter experts and team members. This speeds the turnaround of quality business process, work practice, and reference documentation, and boosts information utilization.
Product Capabilities
Publish Visio® Diagrams to the Web
eFlowModeler™ publishes business process model information on your corporate Intranet and/or the Internet. Employees and team members will have secure, read-only access to the entire business process model, and can view business rules, operating procedures, and other related workflow information through a standard web browser. Using the GEMWorX suite in conjunction with web-conferencing, process team members can collaborate with business users to review and update the process model.
eFlowModeler™ offers tremendous flexibility in the use of process documentation. Web users can review the processes and associated documentation in a easy to use format. The process browser shows a 3 panel view - the model hierarchy (left), the diagram (center), and the process details (right). The web user can navigate the model either through the hierarchical view of the diagrams or through the links between the processes. The process details show all the information that has been captured in FlowModeler's data repository including 'live' links to other diagrams, reference materials, learning resources and more. The left and right panels can be minimized for a larger view of the diagram.
